■Cancellation Policy and Notes■
As our restaurant has limited seating, and to prevent other customers from missing out on the opportunity to make a reservation, we regretfully must charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations.I am very sorry to have to do this, but I will be setting it up as follows.
*A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 3 days of the reservation date.
*A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before your reservation date.
*A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of your reservation.
*If we are unable to contact you at all, your reservation may be cancelled.
*Cancellation fees will be charged by the customer in full, based on the store's invoice.
*No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations in the following cases:
(1) Natural disaster
(2) Inability to operate public transportation
(3) Other force majeure events, etc.
